Every homeowner who contacts Onecommitted Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But Onecommitted Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We confirm that we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter. That may mean we contact the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
